The U12 netball team has had an amazing season. Every game has been a success as well as a learning curve. Some games were easily won, some were tied, and some were lost in a nail biting fashion in the final 10 seconds of the game (by only one goal). All the girls played brilliantly as a team, and were supportive of each other throughout the whole season. Every player played to the best of her ability and learnt new skills - through training as well as match play.

The girls managed to make it to the playoffs. Our first match was against UWC Dover, unfortunately, we lost 17 - 7 but this did not bring the girls down as we headed into the final match against Tanglin for the bronze medal. That match was a close one from the onset, with neck and neck goals being scored by either team. Our girls played a strong game and worked together wonderfully as they scored and defended passes. The final score for the game was 18 - 6 for CIS. We had won the bronze medal!

I would like to offer a massive congratulations to all players - Julia, Alex, Mikeala, Zara, Hiya, Uma, Jessica, Romi, Annie, Saki and Rebecca. This was a very well deserved medal. Also, A huge thank you to our parents, who have come along and supported the team throughout the season.
