Netball is continuing to grow at CIS. The 14U team is a testament to this success, building on last year’s 12U ACSIS season, where they achieved a well deserved bronze medal. CIS was able to enter two 14U teams this season. Our second team, comprised mostly of girls who are new to netball, made great progress in their first season, finishing with a win and a lot of new skills to bring to next year’s teams.

Team A finished the season undefeated and this included two games with only a one goal difference and one draw. Results such as these highlight the determination and grit shown by the girls in these close, high pressure situations. But the girls saved the best until last, with a seven goal win against the only other undefeated team in the division, AIS.

A big congratulations to the players and coaches for a great season. Also, thank you to the parents who supported the teams with early morning practices and attendance at the games.
