On Monday 10 April, the CIS Taekwondo team participated in the 2017 National International School Taekwondo Championships at Toa Payoh Sports Hall. They made us proud by placing 2nd runner-up!

Many of our student athletes took extra practice sessions before and during the school break to get themselves ready for this competition. Their hard work and dedication paid off, both on an individual level and as a team. They brought home multiple medals!

A big thank you goes to our parent helpers - Camille Seah and Mark Vanderjagt, who graciously helped supervise the students and assisted in coordinating the afternoon events.

Congratulations CIS taekwondo athletes!
