In a vibrant display of solidarity and philanthropy, the Canadian International School (CIS) recently rallied together to participate in the annual Terry Fox Run. This iconic event, named after the courageous Canadian athlete Terry Fox, is a testament to the power of collective action and the enduring spirit of hope and resilience in the face of adversity.

CIS Community Joins the Terry Fox Run

The Terry Fox Run holds a special significance for the CIS community, embodying values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility that are deeply ingrained in the school's ethos. For years, students, teachers, parents, and staff have come together to honor Terry Fox's legacy and contribute to the ongoing fight against cancer—a cause that resonates deeply with individuals across all walks of life.

This year's run was no exception, as participants of all ages and backgrounds eagerly laced up their running shoes and donned their Terry Fox T-shirts in preparation for the event. Amidst a backdrop of cheers, applause, and camaraderie, the CIS community set out on a journey of solidarity and support, united in their commitment to making a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
